Membership Rate

Dues are based on the number of rental units you own.

  • 1 - 9 Units: $110 flat rate / year

  • 10 - 199 Units: $225 flat rate / year

  • 200+ Units: $525 flat rate / year

  • 200+ Units (Non-Profit) / $410 flat rate
