LINK Meeting | South King County
Event Details
WA State Attorney General’s office enforces HUD guidance stating that while criminal history may be grounds to refuse to rent to an individual, landlords cannot have a blanket ban on renting to anyone who has a previous felony conviction or arrest record of any kind. Instead, they must consider individual facts such as the type and severity of the offense and how long ago the offense occurred. This is one of the many regulations enforced during Fair Housing. Come join us for a discussion on Fair Housing and Fair Housing Laws.
Open to anyone, so bring a friend! You are just responsible for your own food & beverages.
