Annual Membership Dues

Licenses provide access to the RHAWA website and products only available to members. Each member assigned a license on the account requires their own unique login and password as an extra layer of security to protect your privacy and information. Additional licenses may be added to any membership for $100 per license.

Rental Property Owner

This membership is designed for those who own the residential property that they manage. Annual membership dues are based on the number of rental units owned and number of licenses on account. 

1-19 Units • 2 Licenses: $265 per year

20-99 Units • 4 Licenses: $570 per year

100-300 Units • 5 Licenses: $1,145 per year

300+ Units • 10 Licenses: $2,860 per year

Manufactured Housing Community Owner

This membership is designed for those who own or manage MHC Communities and/or individual lots. Annual membership dues are based on the number of rentals lots owned, with a base rate and additional fee per lot.

1-199 Lots • 2 Licenses:
$105 Base + $10/Lot per year

200+ Lots • 10 Licenses:
$320 Base + $8/Lot per year

This membership is designed for those who manage properties owned by others. Annual membership dues are based on the number of rental units managed. 

1-49 Units • 4 Licenses: $500 per year

50-299 Units • 5 Licenses: $2,000 per year

300+ Units • 10 Licenses: $3,000 per year
