RHAWA Leadership

The Rental Housing Association of Washington Board of Directors and Council of Regents include representatives of companies that own or manage rental housing. Members of the Board of Directors serve on committees and task forces that set priorities and establish goals for the year.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, acting collectively, is the governing body of the Association. All corporate powers shall be exercised by or under the Board’s authority, and the Board is responsible for the supervision, control, and direction of the Association.

Council of Regents

The Council of Regents is a standing committee whose purpose shall be to assist and advise the Board of Directors with respect to matters of strategic importance to the Association. The Council of Regents does not have any of the management authority of the Board.
