Over the last year, in addition to several COVID emergency orders, Seattle passed an ordinance that governs how you must process tenant requests to add additional occupants during tenancy. Attorney and RHAWA Board Member, Synthia Melton explains all Seattle laws that have gone into effect over the past year as well as any new legislation that may be coming soon.
