Event Details

The governor’s statewide 16-month ban on rent increases ended on June 30, 2021, allowing housing providers throughout the state to catch up with the two years of tax, maintenance, and other operating costs that continued to go up during that same period. In Seattle, the process is now far more complex than it was in March 2020 thanks to a total of four ordinances passed by the Seattle City Council since Governor Inslee froze rents. Experienced rental operations professional Cory Brewer and attorney Maxwell Glasson will explain the complex new requirements and answer your questions.
