Thanks to a total of four new ordinances passed by the Seattle City Council, increasing rent in the City is now far more complex. The latest of these effecting rent increases of 10% or more goes into effect on July 1st, 2022. Christopher Cutting, landlord-tenant attorney and RHAWA vice-president will explain the complex new requirements and answer your questions.
