Event Details
If you haven’t registered your rental properties yet, be aware that a new Spokane law, effective mid-November, will prohibit you from issuing rent increases or eviction notices if you are not in compliance. This ordinance applies to all residential rental properties within the City of Spokane. With the introduction of recent state laws, the 2023 Spokane rental regulations, and upcoming changes, there’s a lot to navigate. In this 60-minute online class, attorney Eric Steven will guide you through the latest requirements and provide valuable resources to help you manage your rentals confidently and stay compliant.
