Working With Roommates I ONLINE ONLY
Event Details
Description: With the steadily increasing rents over the last several years, we have been seeing more unrelated tenants who simply cannot afford to live alone. While this is a great solution for many, tenancies with unrelated roommates can present some challenging situations for both tenants and landlords. In this 60-minute webinar, seasoned property manager and RHA instructor, Bill Jackson will review policies and practices to address screening and income requirements, mid-tenancy roommate changes, responsibility for damages and cleaning and other unique situations.
Instructor: Bill Jackson has over 25 years’ experience managing hundreds of rentals, including single-family homes, individually owned condominium and multi-unit complexes. He is an active member of RHAWA since 2005, serving as an instructor, on the board of directors and on multiple committees.
