LEASING FORM OPTIONS

• Washington Single-Family Rental Agreement 
  Use to rent an entire single-family property for a month-to-month tenancy, or a term lease that converts to month-to-month. Using this form makes the tenancy subject to "good cause" termination restrictions under RCW 59.18.650. (Revised 7/20/2023)

• Washington Single-Family Term Lease 
  Use to rent an entire single-family property for a fixed term tenancy. Term must be at least 6 months for exemption from good cause termination restrictions under RCW 59.18.650. In order to maintain exemption throughout tenancy, always serve an End of Term Notice at least 60 days before the end of each term.(Revised 7/20/2023)

• Washington Multi-Family Rental Agreement 
  Use to rent any unit sharing property with another unit for a month-to-month tenancy, or a term lease that converts to month-to-month. Using this form makes the tenancy subject to "good cause" termination restrictions under RCW 59.18.650.  (Revised 7/20/2023)
