1. Enhanced Forms, Lease, & eSign Experience
RHAWA members can access the full RHAWA forms library in Azibo and seamlessly create ready to sign lease packets. The user-friendly forms library is easily searchable and filterable, ensuring a frictionless experience in finding forms within Azibo’s platform. The forms library includes descriptions to guide members to the correct document and offers the ability to preview forms before downloading.
Members can also combine multiple documents (e.g., leases, addendums, notices) into lease packets and download a signature-ready PDF for free or get it e-signed for $9.99, with real-time notifications and status updates. All signed documents are automatically pre-filled with property, lease, and tenant information, securely stored, and easily accessible for viewing, printing, or downloading.
2. Financial & Rent Collection Tools
RHAWA members can also access Azibo’s rent collection and financial tools. Members can save time, reduce expenses, and increase on-time payments by collecting rent via Azibo. Azibo offers multiple payment options to tenants (ACH bank transfers, debit cards, credit cards, CashApp, and installments) along with auto-pay and automated reminders. Property Owners and managers can also set automatic late fees, mark invoices as paid offline, and send one-time payment requests so they can automate and centralize their entire rent collection operation in one place. Additionally, Azibo uniquely does not charge ACH transaction fees to tenants or to owners/managers.
In addition to rent collection, Azibo offers a suite of fully integrated financial tools for owners and managers to manage all their rental property finances in one place. These include banking services built for real estate (enabled by Piermont Bank) with integrated bill pay and accounting designed for the ground up for real estate. Unlike generic SMB accounting software, Azibo Accounting is built to automatically report by property, has a chart of accounts out of the box for real estate, and offers real estate specific calculations and reports in its financial reports.
3. Document Storage
Azibo’s Document Storage feature enables property owners to securely and efficiently store and manage important documents. Users can upload and store receipts, insurance documents, and other essential paperwork in the Files area. 5. Renter Perks
In addition to free ACH rent payments, auto pay, rent reminders, and a plethora of alternative payment method, renters can also opt to report their on-time rent payments to build their credit (via Azibo Credit Boost), protect themselves with renters insurance, add an additional level of protection with a resident benefits package, and save money through hundreds of discounts and perks.
6. Azibo Collaborate
Azibo Collaborate allows property owners and managers to work seamlessly with their team. Users can set roles and permissions for collaborators, limit access to specific properties, and easily add or remove team members. Roles currently include Assistant and CPA, with Partner and customizable options launching soon. Each seat costs $99 per year, allowing property owners to manage their team efficiently and securely.
