The Rental Housing Association of Washington (RHAWA) and the Landlord Association of the Inland Northwest (LLA) have announced their merger, effective August 1, 2024. This historic unification combines the strengths and resources of both organizations to better serve rental housing providers and residents across the state, positioning RHAWA as a formidable force representing roughly 6,000 rental housing providers.
As a former member of the LLA, you will now inherit all of RHAWA's industry-leading services including attorney-reviewed leasing forms and documents, all-in-one property management software, expert-led education services, and more! Check out your member benefits here.
Complete Set Up Of Your RHAWA Member Profile
Accessing all the benefits your membership has to offer is easy! To start, click on the button and follow the short steps below:
Go to RHAwa.org, and click the “Login” button in the top right of the screen.
Enter the email associated with your LLA account into the box, and then click on “Create Account.”
You’ll see a pop-up and a box that asks you to verify your email address to retrieve your account details. Click verify the email, and a 6-digit code will be sent to your email. Type the code into the box and click verify. Your account details will fill the boxes below. You’ll also create a password.
Follow the prompts and click, “Create Account.” You’ll be taken to your Member Compass™ where you can learn about member benefits, access forms, pay invoices, update your profile, and more.
You now have full access to your RHAWA membership!
