Updated Resources Now Available to RHAWA Members Navigating COVID-19
RHAWA has released five new forms specifically focused on operating your rental unit and related issues arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as a new COVID-19 Q&A document answering the most common questions our members have submitted regarding operating your rental property during this time.
The new forms for COVID-19 specific issues are:
- Resident Request for Disaster Relief Form
- Late Payment Plan Request
- Rent Deferral Addendum
- Rent Deferral Addendum (Seattle)
- Resident Invoice Statement
The Q&A document covers issues related to non-payment of rent, lease termination, early termination, entry to units, and other issues.
